2005 Gulfstream Endura 6340 Super C Motor Home: 35 ft long with 2 slide outs (see specs in pictures). Has a 5.5 Onan Generator with 864 hours on it (oil and filter changed along with new carburetor May 2019). I had an extended warranty on the unit that expired in August of 2019 so had unit checked in May 2019 updates below were are a result of that review. Clean title in hand for the motorhome. Is priced at lowest we will accept and that is to move it as is (meaning we do not clean the inside or flush lines from winterization). We are going to replace the bathroom medicine cabinet (not sure what I was thinking when I put duct tape on it to keep it from opening while driving, pulled finish off).Self-contained unit, 2nd owner, purchased in fall 2016 to live in part time while working out of town. At time of purchase, new tires (have driven just under 6k miles on tires) and new awning. In 2018 replaced the two slide covers, power convertor, 1 of two house batteries , new 32 inch smart tv (Vizio) in bedroom and rear wheel speed sensor. In 2019 new rear A/C unit, new furnace blower motor, new 32 inch smart tv (Vizio) in cabin, new microwave, and blinds re-strung. Has been winterized every year, including 2019, and to our knowledge there are no issues other than the battery gauge on the dashboard is not working. I had an estimate to have repaired, it needs to be replaced in the instrument panel and estimated to be $300. Does not impact performance thus we elected not to replace at this time. Roof will likely need to be resealed in next year or two, no leaks and currently treated/inspected with each winterization but Camper World recommended to reseal in next year or two. This is a big, rugged motorhome, there is damage to the back bumper from first owner that was not fixed. It is not in like new condition nor is it priced for such. That being said, this has been a great unit for us and we have not had any problems out of it. Since I did not maintain the out of town job and we are not able to travel and use it enough to justify holding on to it we are looking to sell it as soon as possible so it does not just sit.We just uncovered from being stored the winter, we have not cleaned it up yet or flushed the lines. This is the best time to get posted so we welco
