2006 Roadtrek 170 camper van. This is the smallest RV camper van available at just 18 feet long and yet a home on wheels with a double size bed, kitchen sink, 3 way refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, toilet, and shower, leather captains chair that swivel, exterior awning , tow hitch, built in Onan generator.
We have journeyed to so many amazing scenic drives and destinations and because of the small size of the RV, calling home where we park.
It has been well maintained with new tires, routine maintenance with all service records and manuals.
The interior has been kept in great condition. The exterior has some paint peeling as all (Chevy express vans has this issue).
This size van is easy to drive and allows you to fit in a standard parking spot. The best part is legal to park in the street due to its size.
